Best Year Yet® is pleased to announce that we are working with Denver nonprofit Step 13. Led by Best Year Yet® facilitators Aaron Cohen and Robin Doss, this partnership is focused on helping the organization increase alignment and communication, critically examine key initiatives, and prioritize tactical goals. Additionally, the team will work to create a powerful and simple process to facilitate individual growth, assess progress and develop capacity in Step 13's employees to reach higher and achieve performance beyond the current levels.

Step 13 is a men's residential recovery program in downtown Denver that offers its residents the opportunity to recover from the disease of addiction and become productive members of their communities through a program that focuses on the facets of sobriety, work, and personal accountability. Its mission of "A hand up. Not a hand out." continues to provide sustainable change for residents and the Denver community.
