For the last four years Greg has been honing the art of service-based leadership and the practice of consulting as a Vice President in franchise development for the world’s largest hotel company, InterContinential Hotels Group (IHG).
Previously, Greg spent 16+ years in franchise sales & development with the same company and has been recognized as the “most prolific sales & development professional the company has ever seen.” Greg brings a dynamic perspective and combination of hospitality, development and coaching experience to his clients. He has been a student of the service model for 28 years, including eight years with Marriott Hotels & Resorts and five years in the financial services industry with 1st Global.
