Lanre Onasanya is a business and people development consultant/coach with a focus on technology enabled capability solutions. He has a Masters in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing. He has completed several trainings in the areas of management, sales, marketing, intellectual property and coaching.
Lanre is the CEO of Integral Assets Limited, a capability consulting company with presence in Kenya, South Africa and Nigeria. Integral Assets aims to leverage human resource capacity and technology across the African continent for growth.
As the first certified Best Year Yet® coach in West Africa, he supports the success of his executive coaching clients with the world acclaimed accountability process.
Lanre worked for over seven years at Microsoft where his last role was the Public Sector Lead for Eastern and Southern Africa covering 14 countries. For 2 years, he served on the Presidential Round Table for Tanzania and Uganda with other key private sector partners to provide strategic input to the Information Technology policy and strategies of both countries.
Lanre’s passion for soccer and the national team of Nigeria – The Super Eagles – has taken him to 2 World Cup tournaments and he plans not to miss any in the future. He is happiest when listening to contemporary traditional African music.
