About Jacquie:

Jacquie has over 21 years of business experience in the medical device industry working for companies like Medtronic, Inc. and Baxter Healthcare. She is highly skilled at facilitating complex yet collaborative efforts to drive new market development growth and real business results. She launched Coaching410 to honor her passion for coaching and developing high potential business leaders and professionals. She leverages her experience in working with clients in the medical device, biotech and pharmaceutical industries, but also has a personal interest in developing leaders within the non-profit and social enterprise arenas. Recently, Jacquie helped develop and facilitate the Business for Transformation (B4T) Group for Transformational Ventures. Jacquie leads, funds and facilitates business development around the globe by mentoring business entrepreneurs and facilitating sales workshops in developing countries. With her deep love for Kenya and providing access to orphans and people living in poverty, Jacquie and Daniel Moore co-founded The Food Source to introduce aquaponics as a means to create improved food security, income generation and new business development as a weapon against poverty. She also co-sponsors a pickle ball racquet distribution business in Boulder led by her 8 year-old son. Jacquie is the CHO (Chief Home Officer) of The Fedo Family and you will often find them together in Colorado: skiing, cycling, camping or running the Bolder Boulder!

Why Best Year Yet®:

Each one of us has been created with a unique set of gifts, talents and experiences. We have greatness within us, just for who we are, not for what we've accomplished or the responsibilities and titles we carry. Recapturing that essence and aligning it with a greater mission creates a genuine sense of accomplishment, purpose and joy.

Sometimes our greatest challenge is recapturing who we really are. reclaiming that innate thing about us that comes easy to us and has since we were kids - that essence we bring no matter where we are, what we are doing, or who we are with. At other times we keep bumping up against something that is holding us back. When we can identify and name that limiting belief that we carry deep inside, we can move it out of the way and creat a place with new possibilities through shifts in perspective.
