Awarded the 2003 International Coach of the Year designation, Dory Willer is a Certified Executive Life Coach who draws on 30 years of experience as a human resources executive, international speaker, and training facilitator to her clients. She has broad and diverse experience working for blue-chip and Fortune 100 companies. Performance and achievement coaching is her area of expertise which creates breakthrough performance for individuals and organizations to new levels of thriving.
Dory is a nationally known expert in aligning people to their purpose, passion and success factors. She coaches clients for executive and performance enhancement, career/life and is an action strategist for teams. Nicknamed A Cheerleader for the Soul – she empowers a ‘can do’ spirit from the inside-out, which leads her clients to producing stunning results. Dory founded Beacon Quest Coaching in 1998 after obtaining her coaching credential from the prestigious Hudson Institute; her degrees are from USF in Organizational Behavior, along with an HR Executive Certification from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business. Her graduate focus at JFK University was in career development. She holds advance coaching certifications from various coach training institutes; is a past president of an International Coach Federation East Bay Chapter; and a member of the National Speakers Association, National Association of Business Coaches and the Society of Human Resources Management. She has just completed writing a book for Human Resource professionals published by McGraw-Hill available in the Fall of 2014.
